Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or prepping for a marathon, sessions will be tailored to your goal to align with your lifestyle factors. We will ensure that measures are put in place to overcome your barriers, we will work together to keep your motivation high and your results worth your while. What to expect?

Initial consultation

We will meet to have a discussion about you, what your goals are and discuss previous history and lifestyle. I will explain expectations and the plan going forward.

Face to face time

Our time together will mainly be spent taking you through a physical training session, although there may be time required to discuss nutrition or any barriers to your new lifestyle. I have the equipment to bring to you at a location of choice.

Support and Education

When it comes to making changes it needs to start from within but it's the support around us and the education of why we do things, that can keep us on track. This comes as part of our sessions.


On your first session we will take baseline measurements and then track your progress at set intervals.
